O R D E R

The civil revision petition seeks for expeditious disposal of I.A.No.3 of 2024 in H.M.O.P.No.4592 of 2023 on the file of the learned II Additional Judge, Family Court at Chennai.

2. When the matter came up for admission on 03.12.2024, I called for a report from the learned Trial Judge to state as to how long he requires to dispose of the I.A.

3. The learned II Additional Principal Judge, Family Court at Chennai has submitted a report stating that I.A.No.3 of 2024 has been posted on 07.12.2024 for respondent's side enquiry and therefore, he requests one month time to dispose of the said I.A.

4. Taking into consideration the report of the learned Trial Judge, there shall be a direction to the learned II Additional Principal Judge, Family Court at Chennai to dispose of I.A.No.3 of 2024 in H.M.O.P.No.4592 of 2023 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
