ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking to issue a mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to register and release the sale deed dated 03.07.2024 to the petitioner within a time frame stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsels on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that they are ready to register and release the document in question. 2/4

4. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is allowed. The 2nd respondent is directed to register and release the sale deed dated 03.07.2024 to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of representation of the document.
