ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed by the petitioner seeking direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to withdraw the Look Out Circular bearing No.1/SIC(ACK)/LOC/2023-14296 dated 28.09.2023 issued against the petitioner and forbear the 1 st respondent from preventing the petitioner travelling abroad and detaining the petitioner in any immigration (entry or exit) point in India and interfering with the petitioner's freedom of movement within or without India.

2. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record. 2/5

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents police submitted that FIR was registered against the petitioner in Crime No.1589 of 2023 for the offences under Sections 294(b), 406, 420, 506(ii) of IPC on 26.09.22023 and after completion of investigation, charge sheet was also filed before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tiruppur on 01.08.2024 itself. Further, the petitioner is having two other cases against him.

4. In view of the above, the relief sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted.

5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.

6. The petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
