This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court in Crl.O.P. No.26797 of 2024 on 25.10.2024, that the petitioner shall report before the Trial Court on all working days at 10.30 AM, until further orders.

2. The Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the investigation is completed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Egmore, Chennai on 24.12.2024 in C.C.No.1918 of 2024.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides, the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Egmore, Chennai on 24.12.2024 and thereafter on the dates fixed by the Trial Court. Thereby, the condition No.6(b), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.26797 of 2024 on 25.10.2024 is modified.
