ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH,J) Seeking a direction to the respondents to execute the sale deed in favour of the petitioner as per the auction held dated 16.09.2019 in respect of property in T.S.No.21, Ward No.21, Block No.29, and extent of 11 cents as per the Town Survey Land Registrar extract 410 sq.mts or 10 cents and 57 sq.ft (old G.S.No.183 part) situated at Ganapathy Village, Coimbatore Taluk, Coimbatore District, the present writ petition has been filed.

2. The petitioner was the successful bidder on the earlier occasion and even now. Though the writ petition has been filed seeking to execute the sale deed based upon the earlier auction conducted, in view of the subsequent auction, the petitioner once again become a successful bidder. The sale confirmation advice dated 29.02.2020 has also been given.

3. In such view of the matter, subject to the compliance of the sale confirmation advice by the petitioner, the sale may be confirmed in her favour.
