O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the entire charge sheet in C.C.No.282 of 2025 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.V, Pudhucherry for the offences under Sections 329(4), 296(b), 115(2), 118(2) read with 3(5) of BNS.

2. The contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and that the case was not been properly investigated by the police.

3. A perusal of the final report indicates that it is a clear case of injury wherein 3 persons have been injured and material evidence is also available.

4. In such view of the matter, this Court is of the view that it is not a fit case to quash the proceedings. If at all the petitioner's case has not been registered, he can canvas before the trial Court during cross examination.
