ORDER

Earlier, this Court by an order dated 12.08.2025 directed the petitioner to deposit entire cheque amount after deducting the amount, which was already deposited by him, if any to the credit of C.C. No. 3633 of 2018 on the file of learned Metropolitan Magistrate Court, FTC II, Egmore, Chennai within a period of four weeks. Now, this petition has been filed seeking for extension of time.

2. Today, when the matter taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for petitioner submitted that there was a loss in the business of running medical shop as well as he was confined for 87 days and released on 13.08.2025 subsequent the order of this court, he is not able to deposit the cheque amount as per the order of this court. Hence, he seeks extension of time.

3. Considering his submissions, the time granted by this court in Crl.R.C.. No. 1375 of 2025 is extended till 18.11.2025, failing which, the order passed by this court will be vacated.
