ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 31.10.2019 and consequently, direct them to measure the land and subdivide it and issue separate patta to the petitioner's property comprised in Survey Nos.283/A2 and 283/A6, Keezhminnal Village, Mathura Puututhaku.

2. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that on the request made by the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner, the Tahsildar, Walajah Taluk issued notice to the petitioner and counter parties for the enquiry to be held on 15.02.2022 at 11.00 a.m.

3. Accordingly, the petitioner and counter parties are directed to attend enquiry and after giving opportunity of hearing to them, the Tahsildar, Walajah Taluk is directed to pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
