ORDER
The order in the Writ Petition was a direction to the respondents to grant no objection certificate to the petitioner for the purpose of enabling him to deal with the properties in Survey No.964/1B at Kalapatti Village. Stating that the order has not been complied with, the present Contempt Petition has been filed.
2. The learned Additional Advocate General appearing on behalf of the respondents produced a copy of the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.289/2023/Ni.A, dated 20.09.2023 issued by the Special Tahsildar, Housing Board Scheme, Coimbatore, wherein it has been stated that the petitioner's property comprised in Survey No.964/1B was not the subject matter of any land acquisition proceedings and as such, the issuance of a no objection certificate may not arise. 2/4
3. Recording the proceedings of the Special Tahsildar, dated 20.09.2023, the disobedience alleged cannot be termed to be willful in nature.
