(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble S.M.Subramaniam J.) Today, this matter has been listed under the caption "for extension of time."

This miscellaneous petition has been filed to extend the time limit for another three weeks to comply with the conditions imposed in Para.3 on the petitioner/respondent in Crl.M.P.No.15563 of 2022 in Crl.A.No.Sr.No.45320/2022 dated 13.10.2022 in Crl.A.No.68/2023. 3.
The learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner would submit that there was a delay in serving notice with reference to the criminal appeal filed by the State against the order of acquittal. On account of such delay, the petitioner was not in a position to comply with the Condition No.3 imposed by this Court vide order dated 13.10.2022 in Crl.M.P.No.15563 of 2022 in Crl.A.Sr.No.45320 of 2022. 4.
In view of the said reason, the present miscellaneous petition stands ordered granting four (4) weeks time to the petitioner to comply with the directions issued by this Court vide order dated 13.10.2022 in Crl.MP.No.15563 of 2022.
