This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.22853 of 2024 dated 19.09.2024 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 A.M., until further orders. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court. Investigation is pending and final report is yet to be filed.

3. Considering the above submissions, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified.
