ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been laid by the petitioners seeking transfer of the investigation in Crime No.946 of 2019 pending on the file of the Pallikaranai police/3rd respondent, to the Director General of Police CBCID, Chennai.

2. In this matter, the status report has already been filed by the respondent police and the same was perused. It is further represented by the Government Advocate that further investigation has been conducted and action has been dropped and RCS report has been filed before the concerned Magistrate Court https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

on 19.08.2020 in RCS No. 7 of 2020.

3. In such view of the matter, the petitioners / Defacto complainants are directed to work out their remedy as per law.
