ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall appear before the learned XIV Additional Special Judge for CBI Cases, Chennai on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., quite apart from the Court hearing dates except for unavoidable circumstances until further orders Page No.1 of 4

imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.17015 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.14163 of 2023 dated 02.11.2023.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.17015 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.14163 of 2023 dated 02.11.2023 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the trial Court on all hearing dates.
