This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to modify the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.22876 of 2023, dated 15.11.2023, that the petitioners shall each deposit Rs.4,00,000/- to the credit of the crime No.324 of 2022, on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Hosur.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioners is modified and petitioners shall each deposit Rs.2,50,000/- to the credit of the crime No.324 of 2022, on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Hosur. Time is extended till 12.01.2024 to comply with the condition.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
