J U D G M E N T

(Judgment of the Court was made by DR.G.JAYACHANDRAN, J.) The appeal filed against the dismissal of the divorce petition filed by the wife stands dismissed, since the reasons stated by the appellant to restore her petition, which was dismissed for default, are not satisfactory either to the Court below or to this Court.

2. The learned Senior Counsel appearing for the appellant seeks liberty to file a fresh petition, if any new ground has arisen subsequent to the dismissal of the earlier divorce petition. It is always open to the appellant to file a fresh petition on a new cause of action. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
