ORDER

This petition is filed to grant leave to sue the respondents / defendants 4 to 13 for the reliefs claimed for in the present suit who are all residing outside the territorial jurisdiction of this Court.

2. According to the plaintiff, he filed the suit for declaration and substantial part of the cause of action has arose within the jurisdiction of this Court. However, some of the defendants, namely respondents 4 to 13 are residing outside the territorial jurisdiction of this Court.

3. This Court heard petitioner side and perused the records.

4. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit that the respondents / defendants 4 to 13 are residing outside the jurisdiction of this Court and that substantial part of cause of action has arose within the jurisdiction of this Court, and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to allow this application.

5. Accordingly, this application is allowed.

6. The Registry is directed to number the suit, if it is otherwise in order.
