This petition is filed to condone the delay of 197 days in preferring the above Criminal Revision.

2.Heard the learned counsel for petitioner.

3.Mr.S.Udaya Kumar, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) takes notice for the respondents 1 & 2 and has no objection in allowing this petition.

4.Mr.C.Prabakaran, learned counsel takes notice for the 3rd respondent and has no objection in allowing this petition.

5.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay stands condoned and the petition is ordered.

6.Registry is directed to print the name of Mr.C.Prabakaran as learned counsel for the 3rd respondent at the time of Admission.
