This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police weekly once i.e., on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders passed in Crl.M.P.No.17805 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.18887 of 2023, dated 09.11.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioners is modified and the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police, once in a month till the filing of the charge sheet and thereafter as directed by the Trial Court. 14.12.2023 sli https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
