The reasons stated by the petitioner is not satisfied and hence this `petition is dismissed with a direction to the petitioner to produce the certified copy of the charge sheet in C.C.No.889 of 2023 pending on the file of the II Additional Special Judge of the Special Court under EC and NDPS Act at Chennai.
