The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that the order passed by the Writ Court in W.P.No.18647 of 2023, dated 23.06.2023 has been compiled with. 2.In view of the said submission, the disobedience alleged against the respondent cannot be termed to be willful in nature. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
