O R D E R
This Contempt Petition has been filed alleging willful disobedience of the order of this Court in W.P.No.34942 of 2022, dated 10.10.2023. 2.This Court, by order dated 10.10.2023, in W.P.No.34942 of 2022, has directed the respondent College to permit the petitioner to undergo training and write the examinations. Alleging that the petitioner was not even allowed to enter into the College on the ground that the College has preferred an appeal, the present Contempt Petition has been filed. 3.Now, it is brought to the notice of this Court the appeal preferred by the respondent College in W.A.No.3054 of 2023 has been disposed of by the Division Bench of this Court by judgment dated 30.04.2025, wherein, the petitioner was given liberty to approach the College seeking another opportunity to prove his credentials and the petitioner was also required to subject himself to the physical evaluations as sought for by the Enquiry Officer. Therefore, it is for the petitioner to comply with the directions of the Division Bench of this Court.
4.In such view of the matter, this Contempt Petition is closed. Consequently, connected applications are closed. 5.It is to be noted that, today, the petitioner Dr.F.Biravinth Solomon appeared through video conferencing without proper dress and suddenly logged out after a short time. Though this Court has issued various Circulars regarding the dress code while appearing through video conferencing, the conduct of the petitioner in not following the same, is condemnable.
