ORDER

The above Civil Revision Petition was disposed of by this Court vide its order dated 24.09.2025. However, a mention was made at the request of the counsel for the land lord stating that the actual arrears amount may be mentioned in the order, so that there would be clarity. The learned counsel also fairly stated that on 09.11.2025, the tenant has paid a sum of Rs.1 lakh towards part arrears of rent and after adjusting the advance of Rs.6,50,000/-, the petitioner would be liable to pay Rs.2, 81,000/- upto 15.03.2026, on which date he is required to vacate and hand over possession to the respondent. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that as indicated in clause 6(b) of the order, the said amount of Rs.2,81,000/- would be paid in six (6) equal monthly instalments.
