SUNDAR CMP NO.27471 OF 2019 IN CRP.NO.3281/2019 RAJANI BHASKARAN [ PETITIONER ] Vs C.MOHAN [ RESPONDENT ] Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to withdraw the admitted arrears of rent of Rs.2,80,000/- deposited by the Tenant in R.C.O.P.No.1433 of 2017 on the file of the XIIth Judge court of Small causes, Chennai (CMP NO.27471 OF 2019) Order : This petition coming on this day for hearing upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.J.DILEEP KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:- The present petition is filed by the petitioner to withdraw the admitted arrears of rent of Rs.2,80,000/- deposited by the tenant in RCOP.No.1433/2017 on the file of the learned XII Judge, Small Causes Court, Chennai.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent.

3.Learned counsel for the respondent has no serious objection in allowing this petition.
