The present petition has been filed seeking to relax one of the condition that the petitioner has to report before the XIV Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai on all working days at 10:30 a.m. for a period of 30 days by order dated 22.10.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.25387 of 2024.

2.Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions of this Court and investigation is still pending.

3.Therefore,the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.25387 of 2024 by order dated 22.10.2024 to report before the XIV Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai on all working days at 10:30 a.m. for a period of 30 days is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10:30 a.m.

4. With the above directions, this Petition is ordered.
