This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 1555 days in filing the above appeal.

2. Mr.S.Senthil Kumar, learned counsel takes notice on behalf of the 2nd respondent and would submit that he has no objection to allow this petition subject to the waiver of interest for the delayed period.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to allow this petition.

4. Accordingly, this petition is allowed and the delay of 1555 days in filing the appeal is condonned subject to the waiver of interest on the enhanced compensation for the delayed period.
