ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 26.10.2018 and 27.07.2019 to measure and issue separate patta for the petitioner's land comprised in survey Nos.34/12, 33/3 and 10/7 situated at Ural Village, Tindivanam Taluk, Villupuram District.

for the petitioner and Mr.A.M.Ayyadurai, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that on receipt of the application of the petitioner, the first respondent measured the subject land comprised in survey Nos.34/12, 33/3 and 10/7 situated at Ural Village, Tindivanam Taluk, Villupuram District and issued patta to the petitioner on 30.01.2022.
