Respondent(s) PRAYER The writ petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Mandamus directing the 1st and 2nd Respondent to consider the petitioner-s representation dated 04.03.2025 and consequently directing the 1st and 2nd Respondent to furnish the complete and correct statement of loan transaction pertaining to petitioner loan account No.1189 7320 0000 0784 for

the loan and amount of Rs.32,75,000/- (Rupees Thirty Two Lakhs Seventy Five Thousands Only) and further to direct the Respondents 1 and 2 to rectify the discrepancies in the loan account.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 1st and 2nd Respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 04.03.2025 and consequently directing the 1st and 2nd Respondent to furnish the complete and correct statement of loan transaction pertaining to petitioner loan account No.1189 7320 0000 0784 for the loan and amount of Rs.32,75,000/- (Rupees Thirty Two Lakhs Seventy Five Thousands Only) and further to direct the Respondents 1 and 2 to rectify the discrepancies in the loan account.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court may issue a direction to the respondents to consider and pass orders on the petitioners representation within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record. Since no adverse orders are passed against the respondents notice to them is dispensed with.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and in view of the limited request sought for by the petitioner, this court directs the second respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 04.03.2025 within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
