The learned counsel appearing for the second respondent would submit that she had already addressed the first respondent on 10.06.2022 seeking to with draw the complaint lodged by her before the first respondent. The prayer in the Writ Petition is to quash the Case No.3188 of 2019 on the file of the first respondent based on the complaint lodged by the second respondent.
2. In view of the subsequent development, the Writ Petition itself is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
