Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 5th respondent to pay the rent of Rs.74,120/- per month to the petitioner's building as per the proceedings of the 6th respondent vide in Letter No.1033/2020 dated 11.11.2020 to till date failing which consequential direction may be issued to the 5th respondent to quit and deliver the vacant possession of the property to the petitioner within three months, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 30.08.2023. ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 30.08.2023. 2/6

2. Mr.V.Ashok Kumar, learned Central Government Counsel, takes notice on behalf of the 1st respondent. By consent of the parties, the main writ petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the representation dated 30.08.2023 has been made by the petitioner with regard to the payment of rent of Rs.74,120/- per month to the petitioner's building as per the proceedings of the 6th respondent vide in Letter No.1033/2020 dated 11.11.2020. However, the respondents had not considered the said representation till date. Hence, this writ petition.

4. The learned counsel for the respondent would submit that the representation will be considered at the earliest in accordance with law.

5. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the respondent and also perused the materials available on record. 3/6

6. In view of the above, this Court directs the 5th respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 30.08.2023 in terms of the proceedings of the 6th respondent vide Letter dated 11.11.2020 within a period of 4 weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

7. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No cost.
