2.Learned Government Advocate appearing for the 1st respondent submitted that he has no objection in allowing the present petition. 3.Having regard to the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the present petition is allowed.

4.Registry is directed to carryout the necessary amendment in the writ petition.

5.Notice to the respondents 2 to 4, returnable by 07.11.2025. Private notice is also permitted.

6.Post the matter on 07.11.2025.
