ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para 7(c), imposed upon petitioner by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.23364 of 2025, dated 22.03.2025, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further order.

Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is pending.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition in para 7(c), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.23364 of 2025, dated 22.03.2025, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a week (i.e., every Monday) at 10.30 a.m., for a period of four weeks. 4.
