Heard Mr. S.Doraisamy, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. K.Karthikeyan, Learned Government Advocate appearing for the First and Second Respondents and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties.

Learned Government Advocate appearing for the First and Second Respondents, on instructions, states that the impugned notification in ITMS.No.8984 dated 20.11.2023 would be withdrawn shortly and a fresh notification would be issued. In such circumstances, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition reserving the rights of the Petitioner to challenge the fresh notification, if aggrieved, and he has made an endorsement to that effect in the court record. 2/4

In view of the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid clarifications. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. No costs.
