This petition is filed to condone the delay of 109 days in filing the above appeal.

2. Mr. M. Krishnamoorthy, learned counsel takes notice for the 2nd respondent and submitted that the 2nd respondent has no objection in ordering this petition.

3. Recording the no objection submitted by the learned counsel for the 2nd respondent, the delay of 109 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
