The petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No.27 of 2014 pending on the file of the 1st respondent. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that long back they completed the investigation and also filed a final report before the Special Court for Exclusive Trial of land Grabbing at Tiruppur. Consdiering the above facts and circumstances of the case, it was directed to file the same before Judicial Magistrate namely Judicial Magistrate - IV, Avinasi. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.

3.Therefore, the first respondent is directed to file a final report before the Judicial Magistrate - IV, Avinasi within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.Mr.R.Paulraj, ALGS Court, Tiruppur submitted that he will file a final report before the Judicial Magistrate - IV, Avinasi within a period of two weeks.

5.With the above observations, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
