It is seen from records that the petitioner was kept under suspension by an order passed by the 1st respondent dated 12.10.2018, pending grave charges. The grievance of the petitioner is that she is already aged about 59 years and nearing the retirement age and till now, the suspension order has not been revoked. Therefore, the petitioner made a representation to the respondents on 29.07.2019, seeking for revocation of suspension. This representation was not considered and therefore, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court.
