2. The learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that Substituted Service may be ordered to the respondent by way of publication in the Tamil local newspaper namely Makkal Kural.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, filed in support of this application, this application is allowed .

4. The applicant is permitted to effect paper publication in one issue of "Makkal Kural" Tamil daily in the Chennai Edition mentioning the date of hearing as 30.01.2024.

5 List the main suit before this court on 30.01.2024.
