ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent not to harass the petitioner in Crime No.Not known/2019 on the file of the respondent police.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that based on the complaint said to have been lodged by the Manager of Daily Thanthi News Paper. The respondent is frequently calling the petitioner and harassing him.

3. If any complaint is received against the petitioner, the respondent has to conduct enquiry with the complainant and if the enquiry reveals any cognizable offence, he can register a case and proceed further in accordance with law and instead of that he should not unnecessarily harass the petitioner.

4. With the aforesaid directions, this petition is disposed of.
