ORDER
This petition is filed to direct the respondent-Police to register the complaint, dated 30.09.2024, in view of the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.14055 of 2024 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.III (FAC) at Coimbatore.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent/Police submitted that the said order of the Court below, dated 30.09.2024 in Crl.M.P.No.14055 of 2024, had been duly complied with by the prosecution.
3. Therefore, recording the said submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is closed. The petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy in the manner known to law , if he is aggrieved by the said order dated 30.09.2024.
