[Order was delivered by R.SUBBIAH,J] The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition praying for issuance of a a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to take necessary action to remove the illegal encroachments and obstruction of pathway in Government AD condition land by the 4th respondent in Survey No.78/5B of Periyagudhipalai Village, Shoolagiri Taluk, Krishnagiri District by considering the petitioner representation dated 25.02.2019 . https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 2.
Though the relief sought for in this writ petition is larger, the learned counsel for the petitioner confined his argument to the limited extent of directing the respondents
1 to 3 to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 25.02.2019.

Considering the limited submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, without going into the merits of the case, the respondents 1 to 3 are directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 25.02.2019 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order by affording an opportunity of personal hearing to all the parties concerned. In view of the above order no notice is necessary to the fourth respondent.
4. The writ petition is disposed of with the above observations and directions. No costs.
