This Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents to forthwith allow the petitioners to join in the lapsed seats namely M.S.Opthalmology in Lakshmi Narayana Medical College, N.B. EMS Neuro Surgery in Meenakshi Mission Hospital & Research Centre and M.D. Dermatology in J.S.S.Medical College respectively.

2. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this court to withdraw this Writ Petition, since he has been advised to approach the Honourable

Supreme Court for appropriate clarification with regard to the admission of the petitioners. To that effect, he has also made an endorsement in the court bundle.
