These applications have been filed to condone the delay of 838 days in filing an application to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 10th respondent, to set aside the abatement and to bring on record proposed respondents 4 to 6 as respondents 14 to 16 being the legal heirs of deceased 10th respondent.
2. Considering the nature of dispute between the parties, proposed respondents 14 to 66 have to be impleaded as the respondents 14 to 66 as the legal heirs of the deceased 10th respondent, these applications are Ordered.
3. The applicant is directed to carryout amendment and file amended copy of the petition. Fresh notice to the newly impleaded respondents 12 to 16 returnable by 29.01.2024. Private notice is also permitted.
