When the petitions are taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents would contend that the Work Site Inspection Certificates and Working Condition of Plants and Machineries Certificates have been issued to the petitioner. In reply, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would contend that the petitioner has received the said certificates. 2/4

2. Recording the said submissions, the present Petition is closed, as nothing survives for adjudication. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed. No costs.
