Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents has placed before this Court a copy of the notice dated 28.09.2022, whereby it is stated that the impugned notification dated 11.11.2019 issued by the 2nd respondent has been cancelled.

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner does not dispute the aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3. In view of the above, since, the impugned notification under challenge has been cancelled by the respondent authorities, nothing survives in the present writ petition.
