Nos. 700 & 701/01-02 dated 11.12.02 and quash the same as null and void, ultra vires and unenforceable and direct respondent and their men, agents and subordinates to act in accordance with law and not to interfere in the continued and peaceful possession of petitioner's property as per Schedule "A" in registered absolute sale deed as Nos. 5889 & 5888 of 2002 respectively dated 28.11.2002 by Sub Registrar, in the cadre of District Registrar at Virugambakkam.
