ORDER

This Petition has been filed seeking a direction to 3rd respondent to consider the representation dated 28.08.2025 and appoint a fit person or trustee for the proper administration and management of Sri Varasidhi Vinayagar Temple.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that the private respondents have taken care of the temple viz., Sri Varasidhi Vinayagar Temple, Madam Street, Kanchipuram and misappropriated the hundi collections, failed to maintain the accounts. Therefore, the petitioners made a representation dated 28.08.2025 to the respondents to appoint a fit person or trustee for the above said temple for the proper administration and management and the same was not considered. Hence, the present writ petition.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court may direct the respondents to consider and pass orders on the petitioners representation within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

4. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the representation will be considered and orders will be passed within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

5. Heard the learned counsel for both side and perused the materials available on record.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and in view of the limited request sought for by the petitioner, this court directs the second respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 28.08.2025 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
