ORDER
The relief sought for in this writ petition is to direct the second respondent to permit the petitioner to file an payment out petition praying to withdraw the compensation award amount deposited by the first respondent to the second respondent made in LAOP Nos.697 of 2013 and consequently the second respondent to consider the said petition.
2. Mr.G.Velu, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice on behalf of the respondents. By consent of both the parties, this writ petition is taken up for final hearing at the admission stage itself.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is the absolute owner of the property comprised in S.No.208/7 to an extent of 0.02.5 hectares, situated at Andiyapanur Village, Tirupattur Taluk, Tirupattur District, which was acquired by the first respondent for the purpose of construction of reservoir and canals across the Andiyappanur Odai. After protest, the compensation for the said land was enhanced at a sum of Rs.50/- per sq ft., by the second respondent. 2/6
3. He would further submitted that the enhanced compensation amount has been deposited by the first respondent to the credit of LAOP No.697 of 2013, Vellore Sub-Court in the year 2022. However, the petitioner is not in a position to file a payment out petition to withdraw the said compensation amount, since Vellore District was bifurcated into three districts viz., Vellore, Tirupathur and Ranipet and now, the petitioner's territorial jurisdiction comes under Tirupathur District. Since there is no LAOP Court in Tirupathur District, the petitioner is not in a position to withdraw the aforesaid compensation amount.

Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that in the year 2022, the first respondent has deposited the compensation amount to the credit of LAOP No.697 of 2013, Vellore Sub-Court. However, he submitted that if any order is passed, the same will be complied within a time frame that may be fixed by this Court.
5. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the 3/6
materials available on record.
6. The facts of the case is not in dispute. The only grievance of the petitioner is that, he is not in a position to file a payment made out petition to withdraw the compensation amount deposited by the first respondent to the credit of LAOP No.697 of 2013, Vellore Sub-Court, due to the reason that the Vellore District was bifurcated into three districts viz., Vellore, Ranipet and Tirupathur and the petitioner falls under the jurisdiction of Tirupathur. Since, no LAOP Court is formed in the district of Tirupathur, the petitioner is not in a position to withdraw the compensation amount. Therefore, he filed the present writ petition to permit him to file a payment out petition before the second respondent in LAOP No.697 of 2013.
7. I do not find any impediment for the petitioner to file a payment out petition in LAOP No.697 of 2013, Vellore Sub-Court, since no LAOP Court is formed in Tirupathur District. Accordingly, this Court passes the following order:- (i) The petitioner is granted liberty to file a payment out petition in 4/6
LAOP No.697 of 2013, before the second respondent. (ii) On such filing, the second respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders for withdrawing the compensation award amount, which has already been deposited by the second respondent in LAOP No.697 of 2013, within a period of six weeks from the date of filing of payment out petition by the petitioner.
With the aforesaid directions, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
