ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in CMP No.366 of 2024 by an order dated 03.06.2024 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kancheepuram, to report before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m. on every Monday and Thursday, until further orders.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the investigation in this case has been completed and the respondent Police has filed the final report before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kancheepuram. However, the same has not yet been taken on file.

3. Considering the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner in CMP No.366 of 2024 by an order dated 03.06.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kancheepuram, on the 3rd working day of January, 2025 and thereafter, on the dates to be fixed by the learned Judicial Magistrate.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands ordered.
