This petition is filed for an issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to issue orders approving appointment of the petitioner working as Middle Grade Assistant (Elementary) in the 4th respondent with effect from 04.01.2021 with all service and monetary benefits.

When the Writ Petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition and he has made an endorsement to that effect in the bundle. In view of the submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is hereby dismissed as withdrawn.
