Learned counsel for respondents 1 and 2 has no objection for condoning the delay.

The delay of 501 days in preferring the appeal is condoned, subject to the condition that the petitioner pays a sum of Rs.2000/- towards costs to respondents 1 and 2 within two weeks.

The miscellaneous petition is allowed subject to compliance of the aforesaid condition.
