O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to give a direction to transfer the investigation of the case in F.I.R.No.1029 of 2019 dated 09.11.2019 registered under Section 306 IPC pending on the file of the third respondent police to the fourth respondent or any other competent investigation agency.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that after completion of investigation in Crime No.1029 of 2019, charge sheet has been filed and the same was taken on file as S.C.No.56 of 2024 on the file of the Additional Mahila Court, Chengalpattu and the next hearing date is fixed on 18.12.2024, "for framing of charges".

4. In view of the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. However, the petitioner is at liberty to workout his remedy in the manner known to law. 11.12.2024 mfa Index:Yes/No Speaking Order: Yes/No
